What happens if I add a market mid-month?+
Access starts immediately. You're charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the current period, then everything renews together on your normal date — one invoice, one renewal date.
Can I upgrade or downgrade coverage later?+
Yes. Upgrades are prorated and take effect once the payment confirms. Downgrades apply at your next renewal so you keep what you paid for.
What if a market has more businesses than my coverage?+
The market's identified count reflects our dataset, not a census of every business. Your change feed shows recorded changes for businesses in your watchlist when we observe them; businesses or changes can be missed, and details can become outdated between checks. Businesses beyond your coverage remain outside your plan — upgrading makes more records available to you, along with their recorded history.
How does cancellation work?+
Cancel whenever you like. Your access continues through the end of the period you've paid for, then your entitlements simply go inactive. Your observation history isn't deleted.
