Terms of Service

You must be legally able to enter into these Terms. If you use the service for a business or other organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms on its behalf. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in details secure. Give accurate account information and notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

Flonsa provides market-specific business profiles, available business details, coverage controls, recorded observations, change signals, and research tools. A market is a geographic area combined with an industry. The businesses and information shown depend on the dataset and coverage available for that market.

A market count describes records in our dataset at the time it is shown. It is not a census of every business operating in that city or industry. We work to maintain useful and broad coverage from the information available to us, but businesses may be missing, duplicated, misclassified, or added or removed as the dataset changes. A coverage tier is a limit on the records available under that plan; it does not represent the total number of businesses in the real-world market.

Business profiles may include names, categories, listed services, websites, public contact details, status indicators, and dated observations where available. Information may come from prepared datasets and other sources relevant to a market. Sources can be incomplete, delayed, inconsistent, or changed without notice.

We make ongoing efforts to review and update market information, but we do not promise a particular refresh schedule, that every business or change will be found, or that every profile will be complete, accurate, or current at the time you view it. Updates can be delayed or missed, and a profile can become outdated between checks. A "last checked" date records the check shown in the service; it is not a certification that every detail remains true today.

Status labels describe what our records indicate. For example, a "removed" or "no longer verified" status does not by itself mean a business has closed. Historical observations are context, not proof of a business's present condition or future conduct.

The service is an informational research tool. It is not legal, financial, credit, investment, safety, or professional advice, and it does not endorse or certify a business. Before contacting, hiring, paying, partnering with, lending to, investing in, or otherwise relying on a business, independently confirm the information and assess the business for your purpose.

AI-generated research can omit context or return incomplete or incorrect results. Treat it as an aid to reviewing the records shown, not as an independent verification or a substitute for your own investigation.

You may not use the service to:

• break the law or violate another person's rights;
• bypass account, market, or coverage limits, or access data you are not authorized to view;
• disrupt, probe, or interfere with the service or its security; or
• copy, scrape, resell, or publicly redistribute substantial portions of the service or its dataset except where we authorize it or the law permits it.

We and our licensors retain rights in the software, design, and original materials that make up the service. While your subscription is active, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access the features and market coverage included in your plan. Business records may be subject to rights held by their sources or other third parties. These Terms do not transfer those rights to you.

The pricing page currently lists monthly per-market plans of $49 for up to 500 businesses, $99 for up to 1,000 businesses, and $199 for the full tracked market set. The price, billing interval, market, coverage, and any applicable taxes shown at checkout are the terms for that purchase. Prices are in USD unless checkout says otherwise.

Subscriptions renew at the interval shown at checkout until canceled. Adding a market or upgrading coverage may create a prorated charge. Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the current paid period. When cancellation is scheduled, access continues through that period and stops when it ends. Canceling stops future renewal; it does not reverse a payment that has already completed.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Stripe's checkout and payment processing are also subject to Stripe's terms and privacy information. We do not receive or store your full payment-card number in the application.

Except where a refund or other remedy is required by applicable law, all completed payments are final and non-refundable. This includes unused time after cancellation, lack of use, a change in your needs, or a market dataset that does not include every business or detail you expected. Cancel before the next renewal date to stop the next recurring charge; cancellation does not refund the current paid period.

Nothing in this section removes a statutory withdrawal or cancellation right that applies to you. The conditions for starting a service during a cancellation period, any amount due for service already provided, and any exception for digital content depend on applicable law and the separate request, consent, or acknowledgement that law requires. A subscription payment or this non-refund policy alone does not waive those rights.

If you believe a charge was unauthorized, duplicated, or processed for the wrong amount, contact us at support@flonsa.com so we can review the billing record. This review process does not limit any rights you have under applicable law or your payment method's rules.

We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service, including in response to maintenance, security, legal, or source-data issues. We will use reasonable efforts to communicate material changes where practicable. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version here and changing the date above. If a change materially affects existing paid access, we will provide notice where required by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service and information are provided on an "as available" basis, without a promise that a profile, count, observation, AI result, or update is complete, uninterrupted, accurate, or suitable for a particular decision.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive losses, or for loss of profits, business opportunities, goodwill, or data arising from use of or inability to use the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
